Welcome to Gulfstream Sailing Club (GSC), a community of sailing enthusiasts who share a love of the water, a spirit of adventure, and a passion for bringing people together. Founded in 1957, we’re proud of our nearly 70-year history of promoting sailing, boating education, and camaraderie in South Florida.
Whether you’ve been sailing for years, are just learning the ropes, or simply love spending time on the water, there’s a place for you at GSC!
We offer sailing lessons for both children and adults at our Sailor’s Point facility in Hollywood, along with ocean racing, lake sailing, cruising opportunities, and a variety of social gatherings and club events. From learning to sail and sharing on-the-water adventures to enjoying happy hours, meeting fellow boaters, and making lasting friendships, there are so many ways to get involved.
You don’t have to be an experienced sailor or even own a boat to join! Our members come from all backgrounds and experience levels, united by a love of boating, a willingness to learn, and a desire to have fun. We believe sailing should be safe, enjoyable, accessible, and affordable for everyone.
More than just a sailing club, GSC is a community where members share knowledge, lend a helping hand, celebrate adventures, and create memories both on and off the water.
